Over at Tom Vanderbilt's "How We Drive" blog I watched agog at this YouTube video of road conditions in Delhi. 1% of the world's vehicles but 10% of the world's traffic fatalities, says the narrator. The driving mantra: “Good Horn, Good Brakes, Good Luck” is the norm.
